The customization request can be generated from ProfileSense while creating the assessment by filling out a short questionnaire. Our Research team follows that up with a detailed call with the client to identify the areas where the client seeks customized questions. The customized questionnaire is shared with the client for final review and once approved; it is integrated with the system.

You can definitely add your constructs, dimensions, questions, and candidate evaluation/analysis. All you need to do is provide the questions and answers to us in an MS Word or MS Excel file, with the correct answer selected, and we will enter it into our system. You can also define grade-analysis parameters so that when a report is being printed out, it will contain your analysis on people for specific score ranges As, B, Cs, etc.
Yes, this is possible. A lot of clients ask for customized situation-based tests for a particular position. When creating these tests we need to look at the real scenario and offer multiple options (that the individual might actually decide on). This shows the management how one person might react to a certain situation in comparison to another. Here the company would dictate what the correct answer should be to a situation – this works very well when a company wants to evaluate how proficient an individual is in a company’s SOPs.
As per our standards, we charge $150 per test but we can offer discounts if a large quantity of tests are requested. Please note that for customization we do require to work in close contact with the line manager of the position (2 phone calls, for approximately 1 hour each). Please note that test creation is a one-time cost, it will not need to be re-created all the time.
