Our pricing methodology is very result-driven. A hiring professional may use our system to test hundreds of potential applicants but will only be asked to pay for the top performers, so he can avoid paying for the assessment of failed candidates. As a result, the user only pays for the top talent - and not for the entire applicant pool.
Using our unique pricing structure, users don't pay anything for assessments - they only for pay discovering talent.
HireLabs has two standard pricing packages for its business partners:
- Unlock Advantage
- Subscription Sense
- Use ProfileSense to test as many applicants as you desire without the having to pay for each assessment
- When your candidates have completed the assessment, their results summary will be provided but their identities will be locked away
- Pay a nominal amount to UNLOCK only the top talent
When candidates complete their assessments, the personal information and detailed results and 'LOCKED' and not visible for the user.
The user is required to 'UNLOCK' these candidates' profiles to view detailed results.
In Subscription Sense, we offer the user to create assessments, tests unlimited applicants and view detailed reports of all applicants within a specific period of time. Customers are charged a flat fee per assessment.
Using the Unlock Advantage, if a hiring professional doesn't find the right mix of talent for a position then he/she doesn't have to pay for the UNLOCKS and can still invite more candidates to take the assessment in search of the right fit.
Our transactions can be made online or through one of our business partners. We work on the business standard net-30 payment cycle.
Value added reseller (VAR) is a business partner of HireLabs that is authorized to provide value-added service to the end client and assist them in their talent assessment process.
