The Employability Test is a standardized test that measures fresh graduates’ aptitude when entering the workforce, much like how other standardized tests such as SAT, GMAT, or GRE measure the student’s aptitude when entering an educational institution.



The Employability Test consists of 5 sections:

  • Quantitative Ability
  • Business communication
  • Workplace reasoning and IQ
  • Workplace compatibility and ethics
